TOBA TEK SINGH: Two persons were electrocuted in Faisalabad on Chak Jhumra Road late on Monday.
Reports said Qasim Ali and Muhammad Salim were cutting wires during a power outage near Chak 191-RM, Mulloani, when electricity was restored and they received a fatal shock.
They were both residentsofChakHarlanwala.
PASS OUT: Four people of a family passed out after consuming poisonous milk for breakfast on Tuesday in Faisalabad`s Jallanwali locality in Tandlianwala.
Rescue 1122 said they were shifted to the Tandlianwala THQ hospital and were identified as Ranjha, his brother Arshad and Arshad`s two sons Usman and Ameer Ali.
ACCIDENT: Two teenage boys were killed and two others injured after two motorcycles collided on Tuesday in Jhang`s Kot Shakir police jurisdiction.
Rescue 1122 said twomotorcycle riders and their two pillion riders were on KhushabMuzaffargarh Road when they were near Ahmad Abad Adda, the collision occurred and all four received serious injuries.
They were being shifted to the Athara Hazari THQ hospital when two of them, Muhammad Zain and Bashir Hussain, succumbed to their injuries.
Muhammad Umar and Hassan Ali are under treatment in the hospital.
SLIP SYSTEM: An online system for providing medicines to deserving patients has been introduced at the Government Children`s Hospital in Faisalabad in collaboration with the Punjab Information Technology Board.
Under the system, each patient`s medical slip will be scanned by barcode and 24 different medicines will be provided to the patient by the hospital free of cost.
Deputy Commissioner Abdullah Nayar Sheikh inaugurated the initiative under the `Top Up Medicine` system.
