THE other day I went to receive my son`s certificate from the federal board. The person at the counter gave me the certificate with an envelope. They have mentioned on the envelope `Not to be fold`, which I have encircled in the picture.
Either it should write `Do not fold` or `Not to be folded`.
The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education is an educational institution. It must avoid such grave mistakes.
