THIS is apropos the letter `Document verification` (Oct 2), criticising it seems the Balochistan Public Service Commission.
The way the verification of documents is done is beyond my comprehension, as candidates who have not passed the written test are made to pay more than Rs5,000.
Many candidates who want to apply for a post do not have the money to have their documents verified for jobs.
The new syatem adopted by the Balochistan Public Service Commission creates impediments for the applicants.
To make make matters worse, a candidate who qualifies for the job needs to go through the same long troubilng process of verification as Naeem Javid ( letter, Oct 2) was asked to.
One wonders why every policy creates obstacles and difficulties for the have-nots.
The authority concerned should review the decision of verfication.
