KASUR: A man thrashed an of ficial of the Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) at the Kot Balochan in the limits of B-Division Police Station on Tuesday.

Rizwan Ali Gohar, a Lesco official, visited the residence of Yasir Ali at Kot Balochan locality for recovery of Rs19,500 he had def aulted on.Gohar had also detected the electricity theft by Ali from the main transmission line. When Gohar, according to police, demanded Ali to disconnect the illegal connection, the latter, along with his family members, tortured Gohar and tore his clothes.
