LAHORE: Faisal Town police on Saturday submitted a challan against Gullu Butt, an infamous character of the Model Town incident involved in smashing private cars parked outside the Minhajul Quran Secretariat.

A public prosecutor filed the challan in the anti-terrorism court. He said Butt was declared guilty by police. The court now will frame charges against the suspect on next hearing, Sept 5.
