KARACHI: Two officials of the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation were gunned down in a suspected targeted attack on Sunday night.

The officials were in a vehicle when they were attacked by men on motorcycles near the Federal Urdu University on the main University Road in Gulshan-i-Iqbal.

The deceased were identified as Sohail Yusuf Bhatti, 47, and Yusuf Talat Khan, 56.

Both held senior positions in the KMC`s land department which looks after the Lyari Development Authority.
