GWADAR: Five security personnel were seriously injured in a landmine blast in Kohar area of Tump in Kech dis-trict on Tuesday.

Official sources said that five Frontier Corps personnel were returning in a convoy from Mand, a town near the Pak-Iran border, after conducting a search operation and when their vehicle reached the Kohar area of Tump it was hitby a landmine. The landmine blast left five FC men seriously injured and destroyed the vehicle.

The personnel were identified as sepoys Muhammad Aslam, Muhammad Kashif, Muhammad Khan, Zulgarnan and Munnawar Iqbal.
