LAHORE: The Horticulture Agency Lahore has established a free yoga centre at the Jilani Park to encourage citizens to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Surrounded by a lush green and peaceful environment, the centre, located at gate 3 of the park, provides citizens with an opportunity to improve their physical health, mental well-being and overall fitness.
The centre remains open daily from Sam to 9am and has the capacity to accommodate 30 individuals at a time. Staff Reporter
