The building would be constructed at a cost of Rs200m.
‘The construction of tehsil administration offices would help provide better civic, education and healthcare services to people,’ Torghar Deputy Commissioner Dr Yasir Khan told the ceremony. Torghar was granted the status of a settled district through a presidential order in 2011, but it lacks adequate government offices, healthcare, education and roads.
