TOBA TEK SINGH: The Federal Investigation Agency arrested on Sunday a Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) Johal subdivision lineman red-handed while accepting Rs50,000 bribe on the pretext of arranging a job for a man.

According to an FIA official, a team led by a the judicial magistrate concerned raided the Fesco office, arresting a suspect,Soohan Nadim, and recovering marked currency notes from him.

Meanwhile, the FIA also arrested from Faisalabad two men for their alleged involvement in human trafficking and visa fraud.

A press release says the suspects -Ageel and Shakil -had received Rs300,000 on the pretext of sending a man abroad, but misappropriated the amount.-Correspondent
