Thefive-floor,21-roomresidenceislocated in the Le Renzo development and was bought by System Capital Management,ownedbyUkrainianbusinessman Rinat Akhmetov. The 26,900-squarefoot penthouse includes terraces overlooking the Mediterranean, a private pool and Jacuzzi, smart home technology and eight parking spaces.
