LARKANA: Qambar police on Friday claimed to have seized 35 kilograms of drugs from a car near Khan Wah bridge near Qambar town.

They said that on a tip-of f, a suspected car was intercepted and during a search, 35 kgs of opium and charas was recovered fromits concealed portions.

Qambar SHO Rafique Khero, who led the action, said occupants of the car, Nisar Golo, was arrested, adding that he had links with an inter-provincial gang of narcotics smugglers.

Police also impounded the car (AGD-177) and registered an FIR against the suspect.
