DADU: Two children died when a wall in their house collapsed on them in Khokhar Mohalla in Karundi town, Khairpur Mir`s district, on Thursday.

The children identified as Ali Hassan Khokhar and Saqib Kalhoro were walking by the wall when it fell upon them. The elder family members rushed to remove the debris and took them out but they could not survive.

The wall had greatly weakened due to continuous heavy rain for past three weeks and finally crumbled, said the victims` relatives. The bodies were shifted to a nearby hospital.-Correspondent
