MUZA F FA R A BA D: Another victim of Indian shelling on a passenger coach in the Neelum valley of Azad Jammu and Kashmir succumbed to his wounds on Saturday, raising the death toll in the incident to 12.
Khawaja Sultan, a 55-year-old employee of the AJK forests department, had suffered multiple wounds on Nov 23 last year at Lawat Kanari, 97km from here, when the Muzaffarabad-bound coach was attacked by Indian troops from across the Line of Control.
Nine people died on the spot and many others were injured. Of them, one died on Nov 25 and another on Jan 15.-Tariq Nagash
