RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has asked private housing societies to implement the layout plans and provide all basic amenities to the residents as per commitment otherwise the authority will take action against them as per law.

RDA Director General Kinza Murtaza held an open kutchery at the University Town Housing Scheme to hear and resolve public grievances.The initiative aimed at directly addressing residents` concerns and providing timely solutions to improve their living conditions. During the session, local residents presented a range of issues, including the need for a mosque, a park, the clarification of plot positions, a playground, bins for garbage collection, street lighting, an improved sewage system, road conditions and water supply.
