CDA begins work on Park Enclave Ill

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) administration has decided to issue tender for development works in Park Enclave Ill housing project on April 27 (Tuesday).
According to a statement, road, drainage and boundary wall will be constructed in the development works. The project covers 453 kanals of land which will be completed at the cost of Rs490 million within a period of one year.
It should be noted that with the installation of security fence at the proposed site of Park Enclave Ill, development work has started here, while the PC-l of the project has also been approved by the CDA`s Developmental Working Party (DWP).
`Last year, plots were auctioned in the society, under which 1,047 plots of different sizes were auctioned. However, now due to the special commitment of the incumbent management of CDA, development work has also been started on this housing project.
In this regard, the services of a consultant have also been hired for the environmental impact assessment (EIA) study of the project.
`More tenders will be issued for the commencement of further infrastructure and development works,` it states.
