climbed down the well. After a while his friends shouted from the top but there was no reply. One of his friends then went down the well. As soon as he plunged into the water he shouted for help. When he was pulled out he was unconscious and remained in that condition for a couple of hours. The well it is believed, contained some poisonous gases and the other man, who lost his life, could not even raise his voice for help.
