DERA MURAD JAMALI: A 13-year-old boy was killed while another was injured in a landmine blast near a village in the Chatter tehsil of Nasirabad district on Monday night.

Police officials said the boys were on their way home on a motorcycle when their bike came into contact with a landmine planted by terrorists on the roadside.

As result of the explosion, Sher Ali Shah, 13, died on the spot and Mansur Ali Shah, 12, who was sitting behind Sher, was injured. The deceased and injured were taken to District Hospital Dera Murad Jamali.-Correspondent
