KARACHI: Police claimed on Tuesday night to have killed three suspected militants in an encounter in the militancyinfested area of Manghopir.

The CID`s Anti-Extremism Cell con-ducted a raid on an alleged hideout of militants in Ghazi Goth where the team came under attack and three suspects were shot dead in `retaliatory firing`.

A CID official said the deceased belonged to banned TTP`s Swat chapter and explosives, arms and ammunition had also been seized.
