SUKKUR: The assistant director of examinations, IBA University, Sukkur, Ishtiaq Memon alias Farooq Memon, was found dead while his two sisters were found unconscious in their home located in the City Bungalows within the jurisdiction of the Abad police sta-tion of the New Taluka area on Sunday morning.

Mr Memon, 33, along with his sisters, Ms Zareet, 33, and Ms Faiza, 27, were taken to the Sukkur Civil Hospital, where Mr Memon was declared dead on arrival. The two women were admitted for treatment.

Initial medical investigation suggested that they had fallen victimto food poisoning.

The three siblings were unmarried and lived together. They had eatenthe dinnerandgonetobedas per the daily routine.

When several callers did not get response from them, they asked their other family members about their well-being. The family broke open the door and found them unconsciousinside.
