DERA MURAD JAMALI: A man was gunned down on Thursday in the name of honour in Goth Sabaz Ali Umrani, police said.

Shahzad Khan allegedly opened fire on Mor Khan, killing him on the spot, police said.

Police handed over the body to relatives after completing medico-legal formalities.

Soon afterwards, the police raided a place in town and arrested the suspect along with the weapon used in the murder. Police termed the murder a case of honour killing.—Correspondent
