LANDI KOTAL: Three people were killed and one suffered injuries in two separate incidents in Jamrud tehsil of Khyber Agency on Saturday. The Khasadar officials told Dawn that unidentified gunmen killed Ghaffar Khan in Malakabad area on Saturday morning.

They said the man was killed when was coming out of his house at Sehar time.

The officials said Ghaffar Khan died of critical bullet injuries on the spot, while the gunmen fled. They said investigation was under way to know the reason behind the killing.

Also in the day, Tawab Khan and Arab Gul were 1(illed, while Safeel Khan suf fered injuries as a truck collided head on with a van on the main Peshawar-Torl(ham Road near Shahgai. The relevant of ficials said the accident was caused by spending. Correspondent
