Over 130 judicial officers transferred

PESHAWAR: In a massive reshuffle, the Peshawar High Court has transferred and posted 133 judicial officers, including 29 district and sessions judges (DSJs), 29 additional district and sessions judges (ADSJs), 21 senior civil judges (SCJs) and 54 civil judges.
According to an order released by PHC registrar Salim Khan, several judges were posted after their repatriation from the federal and provincial governments, where they served on judicial posts.
DSJs Tariq Wali and Ikramullah Khan have been officers on special duty (OSDs) at the high court on their repatriation from the federal government.
Another DSJ, Ishtiaq Ahmad, who was a judge at the anti-terrorism court, was repatriated from the provincial government and posted the judge of the accountability court in Peshawar.
He will replace another DSJ, Azhar Khan, who has been posted as the presiding officer of the labour court in Haripur.
Presiding officer of Haripur labourcourt SardarMohammad Irshad was repatriated from the provincial government and posted as OSD in the high court.Swabi consumer court judge Syed Kamal Hussain Shah was posted as the anti-corruption (central) judge. He will replace Farah Jamshed, another DSJ, who was transferred and posted as judge of the Haripur consumer court.
ATC judge Mohammad Younas Khan was transferred and posted as the judge of Mardan ATC.
Likewise, DSJs Mohammad Hamid Mughal was made the judge of the Swat ATC on repatriation from the federal government; Babar Ali Khan OSD in the PHC on repatriation from the provincial government as the judge of Mansehra consumer court; Abdul Ghafoor Qureshi judge of the Mardan consumer court from the Malakand consumer court; Mohammad Sabir OSD in the PHC from Upper Dir; Mohammad Iqbal Khan the judge of the Malakand consumer court from the Peshawar consumer court; Madad Khan judge of the Peshawar special court (offences in banking) from the Lower Dir ATC; Mohammad Hussai judge of the Peshawar Banking Court from Torghar; Mehmoodul Hassan the judge of Peshawar ATC from the Bannu ATC; Mohammad Amin a member of the Services Tribunal from the Swat ATC; Naseem Akbar the judge of accountability court from the KP Judicial Academy; Mohammad Zafar Upper Dir DSJ on repatriation from the provincial government; Nusrat Yasmeen as judge of the special court on control of narcotics substances from the Federal Judicial Academy Islamabad director; Mohammad Aamir Nazir judge of the DI Khan consumer court from the Services Tribunal as member; Aurangzeb Khan OSD in the PHC from the Swat labour court; Syed Ageel Shah judge at the Peshawar consumer court from Tank consumer court; Ashfaque Taj the Torghar DSJ from the Services Tribunal as member; Sohail Sheraz Noor Sani senior director of the KP Judicial Academy from the Mardan consumer cour t; A amir Nazir Bhat ti Kohist an DSJ on repatriation from the provincial government; Rozina Rehman OSD in the PHC from the Charsadda consumer court, and Mohammad Naseem judge of the Peshawar Banking Court No. 1 from the Karak consumer court.
