DERA MURAD JAMALI: A man killed his wife and a prayer leader in the name of honour in village Sultan Ahmed near Dera Murad Jamali town in Nasirabad district.

Police said on Thursday that Ghulam Rasool allegedly opened fire on his wife and Muhammad Iqbal, killing the two on the spot.

`The double murder seems to be a case of honour killing,` a police official said.

Muhammad Iqbal was a prayer leader in a local mosque.

Police have registered a case against the suspect.
