DERA MURAD JAMALI: Three people were killed and another suffered injuries in firing incidents in Nasirabad and Bolan districts on Wednesday.

Police said armed men opened fire and killed a woman at Goth Faiz Muhammad in Nasirabad district. The victim`s name and motive for the murder could not be ascertained.

Another woman was gunned down allegedly by her brother in Sunni Khatan area of Bolan district.

According to Levies officials, Maso Faqir opened fire on his sister Zebu Khatoon when she was sitting in her home. The cause of the attack remains unclear.

Meanwhile, one Mir Khan died and another received injuries when robbers opened fire on a passenger wagon at Quetta-Sukkur National Highway near Bakhtairabad.

The robbers tried to intercept the Sibi-bound wagon and opened fire when the driver sped away.

Mir Khan died on the spot and another passenger, identified as Abdul Ghaffar Jamali, was injured.
