GUJRANWALA: A man injured two children of his brother-in-law in the Bariwala area of Hafizabad on Friday.

According to Vanike Tarar police, Fayyaz, a resident of Mirpur, was allegedly having a relationship with the wife of his brother-in-law, Shafiq.

The couple had a fight that offended Fayyaz.

When Fayyaz came to his in-laws from Mirpur, he had a quarrel with Shafiq.

Later, he found an opportunity to kill two children of Shafiq by cutting their necks. The children, identified as Anis (5) and Tauseef (7), have been transferred to hospital where the condition of the former is stated to be critical.

MURDER: A married woman was shot dead in the village of Puraniki.

Ageel, the son of Shah Muhammad Qureshi, had a quarrel with his sister Nazia Bibi, the wife of Umar Farooq. Ageel opened fire, killed her and escaped from the spot. Correspondent
