LAHORE: The Punjab Food Authority has called Nestle Pakistan on Dec 1 to explain in writing the composition of its food supplement called `Nestle Bunyad`.

A PFA notice says company advertisements do not explain what product it is, if not milk.

Nestle Pakistan spokesperson Aatekah Mir says the company will explain to the PFA the product is compliant with local and international regulatory standards. `The product is a blend of dairy and vegetable fat fortified with iron`.
