TOBA TEK SINGH: A local court of Kamalia handed down on Saturday death sentence to a murder accused.

According to the prosecution, convict Ageel Ahmad of Paghlanwala locality, Kamalia, had killed his cousin, Aslam, over a minor dispute in 2014.

KILLED: A motorcyclist was killed and two others sustained injuries in a road accident at Pirmahal on Saturday.

Police said Iftikhar Ahmad of Chak 674/15-GB along with Bilal and Razzaq was on way to Pirmahal when a mini-truck hit his bike near Sindhillianwali.

Consequently, Iftikhar died while being shifted to hospital while two others were in critical condition.
