AFTER much procrastination by the government but persistent pressure by the apex court, census, which is long overdue, is scheduled to be held in March.

But thereis already opposition to this exercise by various quarters who may have justifiable reasons.

It would be in the fitness of things if everyone is taken on board failing which it will open Pandora`s box. It is hoped that bettersense prevails.
