I RECENTLY had a two-way Lahore-Multan journey on Musa Pak Train.
I praise the overall working of the railway department regarding time management, cleanliness, etc. But passengers faced two disturbing issues, i.e. coach numbers were not mentioned and that there were threeseat arrangements, two mentioned above the seats and the one told by the coolie. This caused much confusion among passengers despite tickets in hand. It is worth noting that we had reached Sahiwal but the issue still remained unsettled.
I request the railway department to properly mention and highlight the coach number outside and seat numbers so that passengers may enjoy the journey instead of facing problems.
