FINALLY, two weeks of uncertainty ends in Balochistan with chief minister Sanaullah Zehri`s resignation which has been accepted by Balochistan Governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai.
He chose to step down instead of contesting a no-confidence motion which was initiated by Quddus Bizenjo of the PML-Q. In the whole scenario, it was worrisome for the PML-N that JUI-F did not lend support to the chief minister.
Prime Minister Shahid Khagan Abbasi and PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif should name the new chief minister as soon as possible.
