Two teenage boys held for killing friend

BAHAWALPUR: The Baghdadul Jadid police on Thursday arrested two teenage suspects on charges of murdering their friend.

According to police, 16-year-old Muhammad Usman Wazir, a seminary student, was abducted by a few days back. His father Wazir, a cloth merchant, reported the case to police.

Police traced Usman`s two friends, Sharjeel and Nazir Zaman, 9th class students, who confessed to kidnapping Usman toHabib Colony and murdering him there over dispute of a laptop.

However, police claimed the suspects also wanted ransom for which they wanted to contact his father. The suspects cut Usman`s body into pieces and put it in a sack, which they hid in a house.

Police, on suspects` information, recovered the body parts and sent them for postmortem. Later, the body parts were handed over to Usman`s parents for burial. Correspondent
