NATIONAL Bank of Pakistan online branches are charging hef ty amounts as their commission even on transactions within NBP branches in the same city.
They practically avoid issuing proper receipts of the commission amount. When pressed, they reluctantly write in an illegible manner at some corner of the form, an illegible amount deducted, without a seal, date or receipt number.
This obviously creates doubts.
If one protests, they say their service has saved the client`s time and money in transportingandthattheserates are about tobeenhancedverysoon.
Their so-called cash card (which according to their claim `does it all`), also does not allow us to transact any money online to any other online bank.
