GWADAR: Two labourers working with a company engaged in construction of the Shadi Kaur dam near Pasni area of Gwadar district received bullet wounds when armed men opened fire on its camp on Tuesday.

Official sources said that the armed men targeted the camp of the construction company while labour-ers were working at the site.

`Two labourers received bullet wounds in the firing,` Levies officials confirmed, adding that the injured were admitted to a Pasni hospit al.

They said that after the firing, security personnel guarding the camp, retaliated forcing the attackers to flee. Security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to trace the attackers.
