ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority`s (CDA) environment wing has procured 10 loader rickshaws for quick transportation of plants and horticultural tools.
These rickshaws will be used for timely removal of green waste from parks and green areas, says a press release issued by the CDA.
This initiative was taken to enhance productivity of field staff in public parks and also in green areas, it stated, adding that the loader rickshaws had been painted green as this colour represented Clean and Green Islamabad theme.
