ASHRAF, Khan Afsar and Naseer, residents of Tangulay Kakul village, are siblings, aged 55, 50 and 38 years. All the three brothers are deaf, dumb and blind by birth. They lost their parents 10 years ago and since then they have been living in a wretched condition, hardly making both ends meet.
They earn their living by making various accessories for cows and buffaloes. I request the prime minister, NGOs and the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to extend their support for the treatment and indemnity of these brothers.
They are the most deserved cases and are in dire need of help.
