NAROWAL: A bomb disposal staff defused on Monday a bomb found along the boundary wall of a private school in village LangahBhattian.

The students spotted the bomb during break time and informed the principal about it. The principal alerted the Noorkot police and soon contingents of police and Rangers with the bomb disposal staff arrived at the spot and cordoned off the vicinity. The presenceof the live bomb panicked the residents. The staff defused the bomb.

District Civil Defense Officer Muhammad Riaz Wahla said the explosive device was of about 1.5 kilogramme which usually could put buildings and people on fire.

Shakargarh Assistant C o m m i s s i o n e r Muhammad Noman Tarar said police and other law enforcing agencies were investigating into the incident. Correspondent
