LAHORE:The three-day annual spring flower show started at the Pakistan Park in Lahore Garrison here on Friday.

Rangers (Punjab) Director General MajGen Khan Tahir Javed Khan was the chief guest. He gave away prizes to winners of various categories. Participants competed in arrangements of cut flowers, dry flowers and maintenance of lawns in their respective institutions and residences.

A large number of floriculture lovers from across the city visited the Pakistan Park to see rich variety of flowers on display. The venue presented a festive look where exquisite colours and aroma of fresh flowers added to the aura of the exhibition.

Maj-Gen Javed Khan complimented the efforts of all concerned for evincing interest in the maintenance of parks and beautification of greenbelts in Cantt.
