KARACHl: Police on Monday with help of witnesses and Citizens-Police Liaison Committee prepared sketches of some armed men who attacked astana, the faith-healer`s place, in Saeedabad on Sunday evening.

`The sketches of the suspects have been prepared and released to the media to seek help of the people to identify them and their exact motive behind the deadly attack on visitors,` said Karachi West SSP Irfan Baloch.

He said the law-enforcement agencies also conducted targeted raids especially in Gulshan-i-Ghazi and detained over one dozen suspects for interrogation.

Eight people, including a minor girl, were shot dead when several armed men riding motorbikes opened indiscriminate fire on `Jalali Baba` astana, the faith-healer`s place, in Saeedabad on Sunday. More than one dozen persons, including the faith-healer, were wounded in the attack.
