INDUS Highway N-55 has become unsafe for driving as almost every day there is an accident, resulting in loss of precious lives and destruction of vehicles. This is a single-track road with two-way traffic.
This road is unable to handle traffic. The main reason for these accidents is high speed coaches and a large number of trailers, which do not follow traffic rules because there is no motorway police on N-55.
The administration concerned is in deep slumber. They are least bothered about loss of human lives. Is there any way to wake them up to save precious human lives? I request the government to ask motorway police to start patrolling N-55.
