THE service provided by K Electric in Lyari Khadda Market area has become pathetic, especially in the vicinity of Maulana Muhammad Saddiqui Road.
There arefrequentpowerbreakdowns thatlast aslong as12hours.Ihavelodged numerous complaints with the K electric customer service centre (118). The staff present gives assurances that the problem will be addressed soon but the fault persists. Instead to add insult to injury, customers are sent inflated bills. In the month of June, I was charged Rs10,000 while the electricity supplied during the month was hardly five or six hours daily.
I request the senior officials of K Electric and the authorities concerned to look into the matter and redress our grievances.
