THE Punjab chief minister has announced an `Apna Rozgar` scheme for jobless youth.
In the advertisement it has been mentioned that Rs2,000 will be paid for form fee (non refundable).
In this era of poverty, inflation and unemployment, how can a poor student or youth pay these charges, that too nonrefundable? I request the chief minister to look into this matter personally and abolish the form fee.
