PQA reticence

2016-02-29
AS an an overseas resident and allottee of an indsutrial plot, OSP-806, in Al-Watan Industrial Scheme for Overseas Pakistanis in Eastern Industrial Zone at Port Qasim Authority, I would like to draw the attention of the PQA towards the problems I have been facing for a long time I was allotted an industrial plot in 2005.

Since October/November 2015 I have been trying to know the status of my industrial plot, account and development made by the PQA, if any, which allow us to plan the construction required for the establishment of an industrial unit.

I kept sending reminders to the PQA secretary and its Director of Industrial Management by email, fax and registered ADpostburgotnoresponse.

There is a rule, since the British days, which makes it mandatory for each official working in any federal or provincial ministry, division, department, autonomous or semi-autonomous body to `immediately and invariably` acknowledge a communication received from a member of the public, followed by an invariable final reply to the queries. Would someone at the PQA answer my queries? Fozia R.
